i need to collect a car from over 100 miles normally they charge about 1 pound per mile but i need it to be cheap with no added costs as i cannot afford it any suggestions

Get there by public transport and bring it back yourself.
£100 is cheap when you think that there is 200 miles of diesel involved, someones wages for over half a day, use of a truck which has to be maintained, taxed and insured to do this work.
I did some taxi driving 12 years ago and we charged £1 a mile way back then for a ride in a car.
Check they are a proper insured company. £1 a mile sounds wayyyy too cheap to me. Minimum £2.50 a mile for any recovery work we do.
